Well, for one,
just because you feel that the juniors disrespect you, doesn't mean they disrespect everybody.
I suppose i should've mentioned that. Oh well...

Don't forget,
you can't earn respect without respecting.
And sometimes you have to be the one who puts in the effort first.

Bitching gets you no where.
Call my a hypocrite if you must, but guess what?
