Recently, or well, in the last couple of weeks and months,
my levelmates have been telling me to "stop being close to the juniors."
I think the rationale for saying this is because our level is going to step up soon.

No offence to them, but i don't find anything wrong with being close to the juniors.
I feel that having a bond with juniors (and seniors) can actually help.
Especially if there are disagreements between the levels.
Don't tell me that in the future you want the juniors to be bitching about us because they're unhappy and none of them can convey it to us.
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT.
It didn't change anything. (Right my dear levelmates?)

What if though, what if, ONE or TWO juniors could tell us what was wrong? Wouldn't that be beneficial in that we could both see how our levels have reacted and make the necessary amendments?

DONT TELL ME THAT YOU THINK OUR LEVEL IS GONNA BE PERFECT WHEN WE STEP UP BECAUSE IT ISN'T. (no level, and nobody, is perfect.)

Is our cca, the only cca where you can't be close to your juniors and seniors?
