Today was really eventful.
I totally used to hate thursdays, but today was especially good. (:

During recess, Yiling told me that Aisyah found out the Arts Festival Talentime results, but she wouldn't tell us. & Dione ma'am wanted to keep it a surprise!
She told me that Dione ma'am said that we'd only know at the end of bersurai.
I spent like, the whole of recess jumping up and down and screaming.
Literally.

There was soo much suspense.
And everytime I asked whoever-who-knew-the-results whether it was good or bad, they kept telling me, "you'll find out later."
It was soooooo annoying! hahaha.

We screwed up firedrill during meeting.
I wasn't prepared. My bad...
We really could have done better.

Then, the ncos revealed the results to us.
They kept asking us to raise hands to guess what number of groups got in.
(There were four groups: Dance, Song, Drama, Static Display)
So, we were told.
That Static Display didn't get in.
Aw...
And we were told that Drama got in.
The judges had been impressed that day.
THEN THEN THEN,
Dione ma'am was like , "we got in for BOTH song and dance!"
And i was already prepared to cry - there were tears in my eyes! - whether we did get into dance or not.
So, when she said that we did, I started crying and laughing. I couldn't stop crying for really long, then Yiling was next to me, and i hugged her and i kept repeating "we got in, we got in, we got in!" Then i realised she was crying too.

We've haven't gotten into the Finals for dance since 3 years ago.
I am soo happy!

I stopped crying after really long by the way.
THEN, i started again.
Wow,
What an accomplishment... (:

Took bus home with Maryam after that.
You know, it was really odd because at first,
this Sji international (sjii) was holding this really cardboard box which kinda looked like a shoe box, but wasn't. And i heard a sound coming from that box.
Like, i heard it more than once. It kind of sounded like a "meow.."
So i was wondering if maybe he had some kind of animal in that box.

The sjii boy then kept discussing something about pet shops and spca with this other guy on the bus. That guy looks like a breakdancer. Or a gangster. Whichever you prefer to describe his dress sense. Hahah.

Then the sjii boy's mom called. And the other guy mouthed " tell her about the effing cat".
I was like telling maryam, "there's a cat in the box. Ohmygosh..."
The sjii boy kept thinking of dropping the cat off at some pet shop in coronation (which there isn't!), or at some shops near some petrol kiosk. LOL.

So we were like near HCI that time, i started asking him about the cat.
I managed to stop him from bringing it to a pet shop.
Pet shops usually don't help with strays...
Then i told him that there's a spca at bishan area.
The breakdancer guy was like, "why didn't you tell us that earlier?"
And i did the weird hand gesturing thing, and ohmygosh, i felt so bimbotic.
EHCK.

Then the sjii boy asked me if i wanted the cat.
I was like, "er... no?"
Then the breakdancer guy was like, "you might as well ask the whole bus..."
"Hey! Does anyone want a cat?"
He really did say it quite loudly...
So me & maryam laughed at him. HAHA :D

Yeah, sjii boy got off at my bus stop.
BUT, he doesn't live in my condo.
So i asked him where he stayed, haha.
Then i saw the cat in the shoebox.

IT IS NOT EVEN A CAT.
It is a white kitten with matted fur and it was squeaking little "meows" and looking so pitiful.
It was like 2 inches long?
TINY TINY TINY POOR THING.
I stroked it for a while...

Talked to him a bit about the cat,
wished him luck with it, then i went home.

I asked Mei Mei if she knew that guy, since they were from the same school.
Also, he's in photography club (like mei mei) and that's deduced because he was carrying a canon camera bag. The pro looking dslr kind.
After i kind of described him to her, she told me she knew him.
His name is KEITH.
But she never talked to him.

How cool...

Its nice to know that some people have hearts, and its nice to know that Keith saved a kitten today (:
It made my day knowing that someone cares about animals.
Seriously, i don't know why it did, but it really did.

I feel really dissapointed with myself today.
I did not study for BOTH my Amath and Chem tests.
And i definitely failed both of them.
Its guaranteed. I just can't believe i let myself fail.
I think that i need to be more focused when i get on the computer.
I just spent one hour on facebook.

Yesterday night was worse though...
I procrastinated for like 5 hours on the computer.
Its like i'm wasting my life away...
I hope I get better at managing time.
