I got GOLD for napfa! (:
My 2.4km run wasn't really great, but i wasn't really tired at the end of it, so that's not so bad. I refuse to write my timing down, it wasn't very good. I got a B, but i'm happy! :D Other statistics: 34 sit-ups. (Yeah, not that great, but i don't really care cause i got an A!) 17 i-pull. (Could have done more, but i was too lazy too... :D) 38cm for sit-and-reach. (I CAN'T stretch D: ) 211cm for SBJ! (That's right! Two metres and eleven centimetres. Am i awesome or what?) 10.19 seconds for shuttle run. (My best timing yet ! :D) Spent the whole of SCRCY meeting talking about AOP. We also discussed level stuff. Was quite good to have done so, i suppose... (: PUNISHMENTS! TWO SETS of 2minutes of leg raises followed by 11 pumpings. For leg raises, we lie down on our back and raise our legs at a 90 degree angle. We hold it there for as long as we were told to. This time, it was for 2 minutes. Considering that i had done sit-ups about 2 hours earlier, leg raises was TORTURE! I could literally feel my stomach muscle being stretched. It hurt, a lot. ): Then my legs started spasming and Yi Ling laughed at that cause she could see that our legs were spasming. Then i made the "giving birth" sound according to Yi Ling, which made her laugh harder. Yes. Leg raises will make you feel like your giving birth. PAINFUL! ): Took bus home with Maryam and Cheryl Wong after that. They were totally crazy on the bus. Or maybe it was because i was around! (: Maryam was like, " why don't you xoxo the pole?" I was like, " what?" And Maryam was like, " You know what xoxo is?" I was like, "yeah, it means hugs and kisses" And Maryam was like, " yeah..." I was like, "you want me to kiss the pole?" And Maryam was like, "No... I meant hug!" HAHA :D I had balancing problems on the bus today ! :P Was really funny cos i kept hitting into Maryam. Then there was this part where i said that Cheryl was so lame she must have caught it from Maryam, than Maryam said that i had previously said that Maryam had caught her lameness from Cheryl. Then they both ganged up against me and said they caught it from me! hahha! Mean people... Oh, and getting off at my stop was EPIC. I grabbed the pole cause i thought i could press the button. Then there was no button, so i looked at Cheryl and was like, " Where's the button?" She just kept laughing at me. Till i found ANOTHER pole which had a button. Super stupid uh! :P Maryam didn't know about it, so Cheryl told her about it as i got off the bus. I was smiling to myself all the way home. I must've looked like an idiot. BIO PRESENTATION WENT WELL :D
i am so proud of our model of the enlarged epithelium. (: I really hope we get good marks!! Then Chem was good as usual, except i started falling asleep ): So i had to secretly eat skittles in class, just to stay awake :P SS right after chem. Almost died :S & i was planning to sleep in English lecture okay! But we had a guest speaker, so i couldn't sleep ): It was quite interesting, i suppose... Everyone was also upset that we were released late for recess, and we had no extension! ): EMATH WAS AWESOME AFTER THAT. MRS LEE WASN'T AROUND. So we had a sub teacher! AWESOME! & sub teacher let us eat cos we complained about having a short recess. (: Had a sour skittle eating competition then!! :D Especially when there was a lot of powder left behind in the packet. We were daring each other to eat it, even though it's not THAT sour, it's not exactly sweet. I was ENLIGHTENED today! Sour skittles taste more sour on the tip than at the back of your tongue!! Go try it! go go go go go! :D Because of stupid UNSW, we had to stay back longer. THEN THEN THEN i took bus home with Maryam! :D YEAH! But it was so annoying cos probably sji also had to take unsw, so we all finished school around the same time, and there were so many of them on the bus! UGH! I saw Alex and Vincent when i was at the bus stop. HAHAHA. ladeeladum, i wish i was allowed to go for Kelly Clarkson's concert and was there. I suddenly realised that many bus stops' had her concert poster on them on the way home. And Maryam was like " You didn't realise?" ERH, NO? hahah. Wish i could go. KELLY CLARKSON IS LIKE AWESOME PLEASE ♥♥♥ okay, i have to study now. Or else, i'm screwed. Oh so my mom was smart.
She waited till today when my dad got back from Hong Kong before we had the report book and results talk. It didn't go as badly as i thought it would. Though i must say, no one in MY bio class is doing extremely well because we have such a lousy teacher. (Nads will agree! :D) I have quite a lot of lousy teachers. Of course me not studying contributes to that, but really, our bio class is quite screwed. Only one or two got transferred to the better class after first term. It's not a joke. If the teacher doesn't teach finish the syllabus before the test, the student will suffer. Like sure, i can revise and all but i may not understand some bits, you see... So daddy got pissed. He said that i'm smart and i'm not working very hard. But because i told him about my bio teacher, he asked me whether i wanted to go to sji international. I consistently nodded my head for really long. (I didn't wanna try saying anything while tears ran down my face. HEH.) But mommy compared my score to the cohort average. I am wayyy below for some subs. Then my mom was like " How come you get so low but others can get higher?" "because they have DIFFERENT teachers..." Oh gosh, it's so stupid... I have some of like THE WORST teachers in my school. No offence, but when i have good teachers, i can do quite well. Like in the past 2 years for example. Where i had the SAME BIO TEACHER FOR TWO YEARS who helped me achieve a consistent B3 unlike now where my other bio teacher helps, it's a C5. Horrifying... And welcome to the world of sec3 amaths. New subject, new syllabus. Guess the results. I got an F9 for Add Maths. How awesome... I need to study harder... |

Had a lecture thing in the auditorium for cat.
A french priest talked to us. It was quite fun listening to him. Some people seemed to be falling asleep though, i don't know how... :/ I do distinctly remember the part where he said, "If someone tells me that they have 500 friends, i will scorn at them. But i wouldn't say it out loud. You can only have 5 friends." This other part too,"You tell me that you have 600 friends on facebook, how many of these 600 people do you really know?" And lastly, (i don't know the exact words, but it sounded something like this), "I have friends that i can go for parties with, but, i only have 5 true friends." So really, maybe some people have more than 5 true friends, but either way, you only call those few when your in trouble. I HAVE A LIST (: (This list is not meant to make people feel unloved.) #1.KIMBERLY♥ #2.JER♥ #3.MADDIE♥ #4.NIKKI♥ see! I only wrote down 4 people. They are like, confirm absolutely will always be there for me (: I totally need them in my life. & you know, its not like we never fight, i mean like...GAWDDAMIT, of course we do, but we still love each other in the end :D I'd die without any one of them. I'm sure i have a few more true friends, but like, i'm not sure who... like not really sure. I trust them and we are really close, but not to the extent of trusting those 4. Yet... i had a bimbo moment in church today. It was pretty hilarious actually. SO, i stole jeremy's itouch (yay me!!) And was planning to do the thingy where you unlock the itouch, and then, my nail tore. SERIOUSLY. It tore, like in a really horrible way. I then passed the itouch to Nicole Holmberg and started whining about my nail. I was like freaking out. "My nail!!! Omygosh...." Then Nigel was like, "Yeah, well... at least it's not painted right?" "Nigel LOOK! My nail's broken! ):" Then he just sighed and turned away. Then jer was like laughing at me. Cameron turned around in his seat and gave me an annoying look while i continued whining about my nail. Then Nicole Holmberg was like, "these things happen.." Oh well.. ANA OWNED ME
yeah, it was so stupid. SERIOUSLY. Kim, Ana and I went for saturday evening mass. Then i was gonna take the mass book and flip to the page, when i realised there was a bible. So i was thinking, "hm... maybe someone left it here..." Then i told Ana, "Hey, i think someone forgot their bible." Which i then picked up and started flipping the page, "Do you think they'd have written their name in it?" And then, i flipped to the page with the name on it. It said, "ANASTATIA CHAI" in a cursive blue-ballpoint script. I stared at her. Then Kim and Ana started laughing at me. I was like, "Why is this your bible?" Then Ana was like, "Because i just put it there.." "Why would you take out your bible and put it there?" "I was carrying it since just now after class, didn't you see?" "Er.. NO?" All the while, Kimberly was like laughing at me. SHEESH. Stupidity 101 much ? Mass was also epic. I fell asleep during the homily :S Kim and Ana laughed at me. HEH. NOT FUNNY. And there was this totally cute little boy of about 2 years old in the pew infront of us. He had these huge eyes and he looked so blur, hahaha! He looked at us quite often, so i smiled at him. But he didn't smile back. Then after a while, i decided to wave at him. Hahah. The more i smiled and waved, the more he just stared at me. There was like this instant where he seemed to be playing peek-a-boo with me. Hahaha (: Then after mass, his mom told him to wave back. Then he smiled at me (: I think we waved at each other like 4 times before we exited church. I was laughing all the way. HE IS SO CUTE. Hahaha, i forgot to blog this yesterday. OOPS! :P
But really, there's nothing much to say about the level outing. We had an AWESOME LUNCH "meeting" at burger king in ion. (: Then we went to artbox and muji to buy stuff. After that Marsya and Amanda Soo started playing Tap Tap Revenge 2 on Su-lin's iphone. So me & nads decided to take lots of pictures. :D Ziwei, Yi Ling and Maryam joined in! It was epic (: People left after that because it was 4 something. Then after going to {prologue}, Ziwei & Su-lin went home. So Yi Ling, Nads and I went to Borders. Except we didn't use the underpass and we took lots of pictures outside ion near the road. IT WAS SO RANDOM, AND PEOPLE STARED, BUT WHO CARES BECAUSE IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! (: New moon dvd is out!! Took lots of pictures for Yi Ling of the books and dvds, and different dvd covers. It had RP's face on it. Hahaha. All the time, Yi Ling was afraid i'd get caught taking pictures of the books. I wasn't even scared! Hahah. ;) Then she had to go after that.... I BOUGHT TWO BOOKS AT BORDERS!! :D Both by Sarah Dessen. I was so glad that i finally made use of the borders gift card my aunt gave me for christmas! (: Then Nads & I went to Paragon. We played around in there :D And i bought Nikki's present!! I took lots of pictures throughout the day, and lots of videos too. I HOPE I CAN UPLOAD THE VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE SOON! :D One series will be: The Shopping Adventures of Su-lin, Yi Ling, Ziwei, Nadira and I. The other one will be: Jacq & Nads' Toys R' Us Adventure. :D The videos are all really short because they were random (: There are also a few videos that Yi Ling and I took outide {prologue} because they were like promoting NEW MOON and there was Edward Cullen, Bella and Jacob Black posters. Sports day was pretty awesome (:
Except that it rained and the people marching weren't allowed to march. Quite sad... The rain was kind of annoying, but i feel like i did a good job of bringing up people's spirits by singing stupid songs and all. They must have been happy... they were laughing at me and my retardation :D We didn't win cca relay. But i suppose it's okay... We didn't win last year either. Poor Yi Ling took the blame on herself because she accidentally didn't catch the baton. I hugged her for really long, and she felt better after, i suppose... (: BUT IT WAS BAD, cos quite a lot of people tried to tell her that it was okay, and then they stressed her and she started crying. SERIOUSLY! I THOUGHT THAT WE ALL KNEW HOW TO TREAT "CASUALTIES" !! tsk... Hahah. I'm also super happy that the UGs didn't have to clean much rubbish after sports day! I hate picking up other people's rubbish. Ugh! |

OKAY.
Today was much better than yesterday. I wasn't as sad and upset. I think i dealt with it better. That seems good... (: I ponned chem lesson. I was too tired and i felt like i couldn't breathe properly. So i just sat in 3GY for the chem lesson when i was suppose to be in Room 100. Supposedly my dear classmates and Mr. Yeo didn't realise that I wasn't there. Cool. :D I feel like the days are getting warmer and hotter and the whole classroom is soo stuffy and when there's no wind it's even worse because there's no ventilation and BECAUSE i sit at the back of the class, there's no fan and i'm like finding it so damn hard to breath because there's probably a lack of oxygen in the air of something. Gosh... & i got really pissed cos there was history remedial, then Lena Liow or however you spell it told me and Sonia that today don't have remedial, but she's giving her class students extra lesson. I WAS LIKE SO PISSED UH. So i decided to go back to class and see what the people there were doing. Was fun doing nothing while Clar, Kelyn, Jun, Adilala did their bio project. Hevina sang the narwhal song. SOUNDS REALLY NICE (: Hahahaha. Then Jun and Adila had a paint war. I have no idea how i got involved in it. STUPID JUN LEI TOUCHED MY HANDS AND HER PAINT GOT ONTO MY HANDS ): haha. Hm.. I feel like i need chocolate. UH :/ Sports Day this friday. Not really looking forward to it... I hope i get to run for CCA relay. BUT, i also have to do class cheer. So i'll be like: wear class tee -> change into full RC uni -> change into scrcy shirt -> change back into full RC uni. what the heck larh ?!

I feel frustrated just thinking about it. Mum asked if i want to celebrate with my friends. I told her there was no point. They all have to study for their coming exams or something. I wonder how many people will remember. I feel so depressed just thinking about my birthday ): I feel sick too. Like puking. Maybe, i won't go to school... |

POLAROID BOOTH! (:

I did more than 1.5 hours of shift BECAUSE i had to help set up the place.
But its okay (: I had lots of fun and seriously... SC CARNIVAL ROCKED! Our polaroid booth was a huge success! We sold out all 500 polaroids. PLUS! this random woman was selling polaroid catridges, but no one bought because they had no use fot it, and not many people have cameras. We bought all from her ! And we still managed to sell them all. 3GY YOU GUYS ROCK! :D and then after shift, chloe & i were walking around the place, then this primary school girl fell off the segway.  Then i thought it wasn't a major thing so chloe & i just continued walking around. Supposedly though, Wen Qian ma'am told me during shift that it was a major thing. The girl had a HOLE AT HER ANKLE AREA AND IT WAS GUSHING BLOOD!! & the leg was scraped soo badly that the skin was pink. Not red... PINK PINK PINK! How horrifying... I hope that Wen Qian ma'am isn't traumatized... Sarah Wong too... & my friend, N____ took super long to come. SHEESH. He came like 3 hours later then he said he would. GOSH. ANYWAY... went on viking ship thing with Yiling, Sulin, Ziwei, Nadira, and N_____. & it was HILARIOUS because Yiling kept screaming into N______'s ear! :D (We were sitting infront of her and Ziwei. Hahah.) I was being sadistic and laughing at him. Poor guy... ALSO, i took like super a lot of polaroids. Totally obsessed... I bet i gave like what...110 dollars to my class alone(?) All for the polaroids! (: All of them make me happy. I took with like MANY MANY people! So that's really great :D I don't think there'll be carnival next year though... Maybe when i leave the school there'll be one! :D YAY FOR SC CARNIVAL 2010!! HIP HIP HOORAY! (: i love you 3gy, for making us have an awesome stall!  i was so happy! i only had 2 inbox messages left. AND THEN, i realised that they were hidden somewhere in my 202 pages of emails. SHEESH. Good thing i found one. But somehow, i can't find the other. So now my inbox had officially ONE EMAIL that can't be cleared. :/ I'm still pretty happy though! I cleared 4329 messages! WHEE!~ most were facebook spams.Hahaha :> |
